This is MAC's Prep + Prime Skin Base Visage which is a face primer.
It is a white slightly shimmery cream although it's almost mousse-like in consistency.
purchased this primer early in 2010 because I planned to do my own school formal make up I invested in this primer, knowing little about many other high end make up brands at the time. I was just starting to get into higher end cosmetics.
This primer is AU$45 for 30ml in Australia and is in the mid-high price range.
This primer surprised me, a MAC make up artist used it on me so I bought it and when I got it home and used it I was rather surprised it was very noticeably shimmery on my face, almost glittery in fact (which doesn't seem to show up in photos) but it seems to work so I guess it's for radiance or something. It's lightweight and has a touch of that silicone-y slip feeling but much much less than the Inglot primer. 3/4 pump is enough for a full facial application. It spreads easily and you can quite easily tell where it has and hasn't been applied due to the shimmeryness. It feels comfortable on the skin and makes it
smooth to the touch. I find that it does help to hide minor blemishes as well as extend the
wear of my makeup though I do still lose some around my nose.
Overall this primer is really good and I plan to purchase again once I've used all of my Inglot primer.
